Hara is a famous name of Lord Siva. Hara means destroyer. Mahadev is also a very prominent name of Siva meaning the lord of lords.

Veerabadraya agni nethraya gora samhaaraka..

Veerabadra is a form of Siva. It means brave hunter . Agni nethraya The one with fire emanating from the eyes. Gora samhaaraka - The one who destroys brutally.

Sakala lokaaya sarva boothaya Sathya saakshatkara..

Sakala lokaaya - The one who is present in the entire world. Sarva boothaya - The one who is present in everyone/everything. Sathya saakshatkara. The one who remains to be the ultimate truth (Sathya Saakshatkara: Image of Truth. Saakshat means image/form).

Sambo sambo Sankara..

Sambu is also a famous name of Siva. Sankara =sam+kara. Sam = good. Kara= the doer. Sankara- The doer of good.

These form the crux of Sri Rudhra, a powerful set of hymns about Lord Siva, present in the Yajur vedha. There is a famous theory about Sri Rudhra given by the paramaacharya of kanchi, Sri Chandrasekarendra Saraswathi Sankaracharya swami. Generally Vedhas are referred as 3 (trayee Veda). The Yajur Veda is in the middle. If we check what found in the middle of Yajur Veda, it ;s the Rudhra hymns. They are present in the fourth chapter of the total seven chapters. If we further ponder in to what ;s found in the middle of Rudhra, it ;s the Name of lord Siva famously called Siva Panchakshari (the 5 letters Om nama Sivaya in Sanskrit given in the last line of the above present manthras). Hence, the hymns are very pious and should be treated with respect.

The one who rules / takes care of all the numerous universes around .

Poorana jagat kaarana sathya deva deva Priya..

The one who is whole. The one who is responsible / reason for the world. The one who is liked by the truthful gods.

Vedha vedhartha saara.. yagna yagnomaya..

The one who stands as the real juice / meaning of Vedas. The one who is always present in the pure Havans.

Nishchala dushta nigragha.. sapta loga samrakshana..

The unshakable / stable one. The one who destroys all the bad people. The one who protects the seven worlds.

Soma soorya agni lochana..Swetha rishaba vaaghana..

The one who has eyes as the Moon, the Sun and the fire - Siva's three eyes are referred here. The one who has his vahana(vehicle) as the white bull.

Soola pani bujanga booshana.. tripura naasha nardhana..

One who has the Trishoola the iron rod with three sharp ends. The one who wears a snake. The one who destroyed the three demons who had three types of forts (the thripuras) and who danced on the debris after destroying them.

Yomakesa mahaasena janaka..pancha vakra parasu hastha namaha..

The one whose hair is the sky/ eternal space. The one with a big army. The one who has mastered the senses. The one with five faces. The one with axe in hand. I bow.

The one who knows all the three forms of time (past, present and the future). The one with three eyes. The one with the trishoola.

Sathya prabaava divya prakaasa manthra swaroopa mathram..
The one who is like the flow of truth. The one who glows with sacred light. The one with the form of the sacred hymns.

Nishprapanchaadhi nishkalankoham nija poorna bodhaham ham..
The one who is beyond the sphere of multiplicity. The one who is beyond all filth (the one who is pure). The one who is the real complete whole.

Gadhya Gadhmaagam Nithya Bramhogam Swapna Kasogamham Ham.
The one who is to be seized (by devotees). The one who is ever Brahman (the whole). The one who is present in our dreams.

Sachit Pramanam Om Om Moola Pramegyam Om Om.
The one who is the proof of the being and the awareness. The one who is the object of knowledge.

Ayam Bramhasmi Om Om Aham Bramhasmi Om Om.
This sole is the Brahman. I am Brahman (Brahman here is the ultimate god who is in everyone and who made everything).

Power Cut in chennai

Hello Chennai people,
Hope we all are enjoying and trying to adopt the power cut which is happening every day. I really wanted to share some thought which I have about this power cut. Sorry to use the word power cut... Its not correct according to the electricity board, Power save is the right label which they are sticking to hide such a irritating process which is prevailing... Close to around 5 million people, 182 sq KM of land space , very well organized culture, Busy traffic roads, lots and lots of sky scrappers, various IT companies , what else you require to make a metropolitan city????.. I'm talking about our own Chennai... You know Chennai has other side too.. Most ugly face that is Power cut... I wonder how the Government officials in electricity boards are so different... I think they are the punctual workers .. Morning 6'o clock they are putting down the power. Think how frustrating for all of us when there is no power when we get up. We are brought up such a way that we cannot live without power even a minute. Now that is not the case believe me there are areas in Chennai where there are 6 hours of power cut a day.
Think of people's situation there...
When asked to the concerned persons about this, The only answer is we are trying to sort out the issue will be ok in few days...
I don't know what the hell they are doing with all the power available..
There will be power in mount road where in they will place huge banners , cut outs , Both sides tube light for 10 kms, some stupid songs to praise , still thinking for what???
Its for the political guys who travels from here and there..
They will have power for all these kind of activities but for supplying power to houses they will say shortage of power..
This is too bad case where these newly built marriage halls has serial bulbs that too 10000 bulbs outside..
Its not the point only to blame the government but we people should also know the value of power and consume it..
As a resident of Chennai, I know what a power meant to me.. So I'm gonna put off my computer now..

life in bangalore

Hello guys,
the word bangalore might pulled you to read this but when you read it fully the word would sound like a nasty horn in a calm sleep.this is my personal experience about this beautiful hell , right from morning to dusk mind will be in confusion ,calculating something all because of only one reason that is bangalore, i will tell a example my office timing is at 8.30 but i use to start by 6 in morning because bangalore has a worst traffic in india , even to move a bit we would have to wait for ten mins this will add tension and frustration in our minds right in the morning,lets see the food part here in bangalore the worst i ever heared not even a single restaurant or even a small shop will be opened before ten in morning, such a lazy fellows are here in bangalore owning shops, you will not get right food , the biggest matter is about money ,all of us are not have born with golden spoons,but here in bangalore if we want anything, money will slap us and say no to it, such a costly city, abiut the weather all will be saying climate will be good , but to those people i will ask a question ," how many days you stayed in bangalore to talk about that?". it would be good but to few days only you will be seeing all four seasons in a single day, continuous rain , cold weather, some time lazy sun and pleasent breeze you will think ah what a climate but if you feel it it would your enemy then.
i'm not interested to say more about bangalore, if you fell like wasting some days in your life then the right place is bangalore.
