Power Cut in chennai

Hello Chennai people,
Hope we all are enjoying and trying to adopt the power cut which is happening every day. I really wanted to share some thought which I have about this power cut. Sorry to use the word power cut... Its not correct according to the electricity board, Power save is the right label which they are sticking to hide such a irritating process which is prevailing... Close to around 5 million people, 182 sq KM of land space , very well organized culture, Busy traffic roads, lots and lots of sky scrappers, various IT companies , what else you require to make a metropolitan city????.. I'm talking about our own Chennai... You know Chennai has other side too.. Most ugly face that is Power cut... I wonder how the Government officials in electricity boards are so different... I think they are the punctual workers .. Morning 6'o clock they are putting down the power. Think how frustrating for all of us when there is no power when we get up. We are brought up such a way that we cannot live without power even a minute. Now that is not the case believe me there are areas in Chennai where there are 6 hours of power cut a day.
Think of people's situation there...
When asked to the concerned persons about this, The only answer is we are trying to sort out the issue will be ok in few days...
I don't know what the hell they are doing with all the power available..
There will be power in mount road where in they will place huge banners , cut outs , Both sides tube light for 10 kms, some stupid songs to praise , still thinking for what???
Its for the political guys who travels from here and there..
They will have power for all these kind of activities but for supplying power to houses they will say shortage of power..
This is too bad case where these newly built marriage halls has serial bulbs that too 10000 bulbs outside..
Its not the point only to blame the government but we people should also know the value of power and consume it..
As a resident of Chennai, I know what a power meant to me.. So I'm gonna put off my computer now..
Thanks for wasting the power and reading this blog..
